BIG LITTLE GIGS
Fun musical experiences for 0-10 year olds and their families
BIG Little Gigs is a family music project which aims to inspire a love of live music in children by introducing them to the wonderful diverse world of music at an early age. Research has shown that early experiences with music can help boost children’s creativity, mood and language learning abilities – as well as just being lots and lots of fun!
We put on regular high-quality performances featuring a wide variety of artists suitable for everyone. Intergenerational enjoyment is key for us - BIG Little Gigs are for BIG and little family members!
Alongside the music, we always provide arts and crafts to keep little hands busy when they aren’t dancing!
We also offer a variety of music workshops, and have run events and workshops for Darlington Libraries, Youth Services, Theatre Hullabaloo, The Georgian Theatre, Stockton, Tin Arts, Useful Vision, Jabberwocky Market, STAGE Darlington and North East Sight Matters.
