Sunflower Thieves

Rooted in sisterhood, childhood friends Amy Illingworth and Lily Sturt-Bolshaw found their feet in Leeds to form Sunflower Thieves. Gathering plaudits from BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing, Radio X, Clash, The Line Of Best Fit, Atwood Mag & more along the way, they released their debut EP ‘Someone To Be There For’ in 2022 and follow up 'Same Blood' EP in 2024.

A self-produced partnership, nurturing a unique sound, SFT take a blueprint of dreamy, rousing soundscapes and inject it with grit and vulnerability. Navigating friendships, the longing for connection, romance, mental health and therapy, it’s a warm, comforting hug and support network in sonic form.

North Riding

International award winning singer-songwriter Hayley Mckay and multiinstrumentalist/producer David Neil Crabtree are ‘North Riding'. Following on from their 3 month USA tour, North Riding are booked to play some of the biggest festivals in the North East of England this summer - Including mainstage appearances at Hardwick Festival alongside the Pet Shop Boys and Olly Murs & Mouth of The Tyne Festival. North Riding’s debut single taken from their upcoming EP was inspired by the Frio River in Texas! So much so that they actually wrote the song in the Frio river itself.They found time for this between shows at Poodies Roadhouse (Owned by Willie Nelson’s manager) & a huge total eclipse party near Luckenbach Texas, held on a 3000 acre ranch which North Riding called home for several weeks. Expect harmonies, an array of instruments & a show full of stories about their USA journey from Carolina to the Wild West

Phil Cox

Harmonica in hand, local folk fusionist Phil Cox takes pulls on the threads of local history and delivers compelling songs new and old in his rootsy style, for a stomping start to the night.
